Thank you for using “nizima LIVE”.
Currently, we have confirmed that if you change the installation destination of nizima LIVE (1.0.0) to a folder where other files exist, install it, and then uninstall it, data other than nizima LIVE will also be deleted.
As shown in the figure below, when installing or uninstalling, the installer warns you in red, but if you proceed as it is, there will be a problem that other files will be deleted.
For users who have already installed nizima LIVE (1.0.0), please carefully uninstall it according to the following explanation when uninstalling nizima LIVE.

Uninstall nizima LIVE
The data of each original folder containing the data of nizima LIVE is deleted.
Note: Please uninstall after confirming the safe uninstall method described below.
In the example, all the contents of C:\Users\[User Name]\Desktop will be deleted.
We have already released a fixed version 1.0.0_1 for this case.
Therefore, there is no concern that the same phenomenon will occur for users who are installing nizima LIVE for the first time.
If you have already installed 1.0.0 and it corresponds to the problematic case, please uninstall it according to the “Safe Uninstall Method” before updating.
Modifications of 1.0.0_1
If you change the installation location when installing nizima LIVE, it has been fixed so that you cannot proceed with the existing folder selected. After selecting the location you want to install, enter the folder name (/ nizimaLIVE, etc.) in the input field and proceed to the next.
When installing to “C:/Users/[User Name]/Desktop”
(Enter nizimaLIVE after / or \)
Note: However, as an exception, it is possible to re-install in the same folder where nizimaLIVE is already installed. In the case of the above “problem case”, if you select to install in the same folder, the uninstall process will be executed and other files will be deleted. Please uninstall according to “1.0.0 Uninstallation method” in advance.
How to safely uninstall 1.0.0
If the case does not apply
If you have not changed the installation folder, or if you created and installed a folder dedicated to nizima LIVE at the time of change, there is no problem with the normal uninstallation procedure.
If the case in question applies
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please uninstall it according to the following procedure.
1. Create a new folder for uninstall work
It doesn’t matter where you save the folder
2. Move all the files generated during installation (listed at the end) to the folder created in 1.
Note: Be careful not to move existing files with similar names.
Note: The update date and time of related files is the time at the time of installation, so it is recommended to move while checking the update date and time.
3. If you execute maintenancetool.exe from the files moved in [2.], the uninstaller will run, and the contents of the uninstall work folder and the application information will be deleted.
