The following is a list of possible causes of nizima payment errors. Please check it.
Possible causes for the credit card used for payment
For cards issued outside Japan
Currently, nizima operates as a domestic service for legal and tax reasons. Therefore, cards issued overseas cannot be used.
If there is an error in the card number or security code
Please check again to make sure there are no errors. Please make sure your card number and security code are correct.
If this does not solve the problem, please check the “Save card information” checkbox if you have added your card information in the cart, or try registering your card information in your account settings.
For cards that are not supported
Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard, and Diners Club; others are WebMoney and PayPal.

For cards that do not support 3D Secure
Note: VISA and Mastercard credit cards, prepaid cards, debit cards, and bundle cards are eligible.
Other possible causes
In case of browser problems
There is a possibility of browser trouble. Please try with a different browser than last time.
It is possible that the data was not transmitted properly. Please clear your cache (Ctrl+Shift+R for hard reload in Google chrome) or wait a little longer and try again.
You will not be able to purchase any other works except those that are currently being sold.
If the above error occurs while the work is still selling, the following may be the cause.
Temporary lock is applied in the above conditions.

PayPal payment error
Currently, nizima operates as a domestic service for legal and tax reasons, so PayPal account payments cannot be made by those residing outside of Japan.
Common error messages
An exception occurred. Please wait a moment and try again.
It is possible that your card does not support 3D Secure, or that it has not been set up yet. Please check your card settings again.
3D Secure authentication failed. Please try again from the cart confirmation page.
Please make sure that the 3D Secure authentication code is correct. The same error message will also appear for cards issued outside of Japan. Please note that cards issued outside Japan cannot be used.
